We had a really pleasant stay at Postillion Hotel Rotterdam. It’s a small, cozy, and minimalistic hotel — very clean and nicely designed. The location is great, especially if you have a car, but even without one, it’s quite accessible. What really stood out was the helpful and friendly staff at reception who gave us excellent tips for sightseeing and helped us plan our days in the city. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for the price, it’s a great value. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable and easy stay in Rotterdam.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The check-in was really easy and I told them that I wished that if there were any chances to put me on the highest floor. They checked and there was a room free so they changed it. I couldn’t be more great-full. The staff are really appreciative and kind. I would recommend this hotel and for sure visit again. The breakfast was nice served and clean tables. I even ask if I can pack lunch to eat later and they pick a box and a bag for me!!! Love this!!

I spent about a week in Rotterdam for a company work trip and I stayed here during that time. The best thing about the place is the location, which is dead centre in the middle of town and walking distance to pretty much everywhere. The room is pretty clean and do a fine job as a temporary home away from home. But there were things that were slightly off that prevented me from giving it full marks. I planned to pay with cash, but as it's a cashless hotel, I couldn't use my cash here. The rooms were always cold (it was summer) and I had a hard time trying to figure out the aircon. Something was off with the bed, I couldn't get a good night sleep most nights, I think the pillows just too flimsy. Breakfast is exactly the same day after day, which is fine for the first three days, but some variety would be nice after that. They charge ridiculous prices for a bottle of water, so best go to Jumbo next door. Small things, but they add up.
