Postresidenz am See

Spent a few summer days at Postresidenz am See in Arosa and honestly, it was one of the best stays we’ve had in the Alps. The hotel is right on the lake, which already makes it pretty special. The room was super clean, modern, and had a balcony with an amazing view of the water and mountains. The real highlight? You can watch the Aqualumina show, a light and water spectacle on the lake, right from your balcony. During the day, we took out a pedalo boat (free with the Arosa Card, which you get when staying here) directly in front of the hotel, which was a fun way to explore the lake. There are horse carriage rides that also start right there. Everything felt quiet and peaceful, and the staff were genuinely friendly without being over the top. If you’re looking for a scenic summer spot with great access to nature and many, this place is hard to beat. We‘ll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. The location is absolutely top-notch, offering easy access to everything I needed. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond. The rooms are stunning, gorgeously decorated. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail—it really made the space feel luxurious. The spa is another highlight. It was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. Recommend this place and will def. be returning for another experience.
