The twin room is small, but the family room is great. The staff is super nice and was very helpful! Thanks! Location is not ideal, but walkable to the train station and the ski lift. Breakfast was good, but it’s exactly the same stuff every day.. Notice - it’s located right next to a church, and you can hear the bells ring every 15 minutes..

Avoid This Hotel – Unfriendly Staff & Poor Services The location was excellent, but that’s about it for the positives. Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was unwelcoming, and completely unaccommodating. It felt like they went out of their way to make guests feel uncomfortable rather than providing a relaxing stay. Breakfast? The Same Every Day. If you enjoy variety in your meals, this is not the place for you. The breakfast was the exact same, very basic selection every single morning. Not Kid-Friendly at All! We were shocked by how unfriendly the hotel was towards children. The area with tables where breakfast was served was closed for the rest of the day, and the playroom closed ridiculously early at 8 p.m. If you’re traveling as a family, don’t expect this place to be accommodating in any way. We had a group of kids/teenagers where they wanted to hang out and they couldn’t find a place to do so. Evening Bar? A Joke. The bar only has 3 tables for the entire hotel! You could only order one kind of wine and some beers, but no food/snacks/desserts. To make things worse, you weren’t even allowed to bring your own food to eat in the bar. It made no sense at all! The bar area itself was tiny, so you felt cramped and uncomfortable the whole time. Overall Experience: Trapped & Unwelcome We felt completely trapped in this hotel, with no good food options, terrible service, and staff that clearly did not care about making guests feel welcome. Instead of enjoying our stay, we were constantly frustrated by the restrictions and the lack of hospitality. Would we return? Absolutely not. If you’re looking for a hotel with good service, a welcoming atmosphere, and even the slightest sense of hospitality—look elsewhere.

We stayed at the hotel coming with family for vacation in August. Location is superb. However the attitude from the management was outright aggressive and rude with little service or hospitality shown to us. The room we got was on the street, with wind from cars passing by moving the drapes. It had a strong moldy smell, and shortly after we went to bed the children were itching to a level that we could not sleep through the night. Notably, we called out the smell when we arrived, and inquired could we change room, but were replied that the hotel is fully occupied. In the morning, after the first, sleepless, night when we approached the hotel staff seeking a solution as we could not stay at a room where we can not sleep, the manager got quite aggressive very quickly. At that point we were quite willing to forgo the ordeal and just move to a different hotel --- even though the manager made clear that they would charge us for the entirety of the booked 4 night stay if "they can not refill the room". We said we were leaving as we really don't have a choice given that we can not physically get a night's sleep in the room... only then offered an apartment at a different section of the hotel (at almost double the rate). We took it as we were with family and exhausted. In stark contrast to our first room the new one was actually quite lovely. At no point was there even small compassion shown (not even a courtesy "sorry you had a bad night") for us not sleeping the first night. Quite the contrary, it was aggression and money driven attitude that we saw. We can not recommend staying at this place given the managements attitude and (lack of) service.
