Potawatomi Hotel & Casino

My first time here was last week. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and helpful. The casino and the whole property was so clean and it was nice to not be surrounded by smoke. The new members rewards program was wonderful and the reward center employees were so informative. They have so many new games on the floor which is why we came to check it out. There are food choices for everyone. The bars have Happy Hour specials which was a nice surprise. The machines paid enough to keep us going all day. My only request would be to have a few more servers on the floor as I didn’t notice that many and had to leave a machine to get a drink. Parking was very convenient and free. It’s over a 2 hour drive for us, but we can’t wait to come back. It was a great 1st experience!

Casino: Didn't win big or anything but sure didn't go broke. The machines we played seemed to want to keep us around at the minimum bet, that is of course till we upped the bet quite a bit. $20 in and got up to $9x just couldn't break the $100 mark. Bigger bets didn't pay anything. Anyways good court has decent choices and everything we had was better than expected. I can actually say the Breakfast pizza 🍕 was really good. Everywhere we went was clean, even the beverage station. N in the short while we were there the drink guy was around enough, but not to much. All in All it's one of the better Wisconsin Casinos!

Nice casino. Pretty big. The food was pretty good. I got a pizza from the food court and ate the whole thing. First time there so they gave me $20 free play. The only 2 things they didn't have was free breakfast like all other hotels and they didn't have a pool. Everything else was great. Very advanced technology, nice staff, and clean luxury rooms.
