Pousada Bella Vida

I stayed at the wonderful place in Arraial d'Ajuda Bahia called Bella Vida.!! I had one of the most wonderful experiences in my life. First Joe and Marcia were very accommodating and they are very nice people!! Once you arrive there you really don't need a car. Just do the 7 to 8 minute nature walk from the pousada (hotel) to the center of Arraial d'Ajuda . You will see random horses walking or running past you, maybe a few owls and pretty colored birds , and very friendly dogs.. seriously So you can go to the center of town where they have local live music just about every night and those Brazilians can really play, very talented. They play many popular American and English songs along with Brazilian popular songs. Walking around in the center of Arraial d'Ajuda is like arriving in OZ ( you know where Dorothy arrived in the wizard of Oz) just walking the streets is fascinating ! The beaches around Arraial d'Ajuda are so beautiful, and the villages towns around. Arraial d'Ajuda are breathtaking If you want to go to Porto seguro for the old city experience and alcohol walking street, you just walk to the center and get a bus that takes you to a balsa ( small boat) and goes back and forth from Arraial d'Ajuda to Porto Seguro.. so peaceful especially at night when it cools down I can't say enough about my amazing experience staying at Bella Vida and all the surroundings options to explore each day is just a dream!! I'll be back soon !!

Super recomendo a pousada, foi além da minha expectativa quando vi o paraíso que é, atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente da Gaby recepcionista muito solicita e querida! Limpeza excelente, bem localizado!

Tudo ótimo, os Anfitriões Marcia e Joe super simpáticos e acolhedores, os colaboradores muito atenciosos, local calmo e sem barulho, simples, sempre limpo e organizado, próximo ao centro, rua mucugê e praias. Voltaremos com certeza.
