Pousada de Alfama Charming Hotel

Absolutely wonderful stay at Pousada Alfama! Our trip was cut short due to travel delays out of the US so our 3 night stay turned into only a 1 night stay, but it was absolutely perfect and i researched for over a year on places to stay, in what neighborhood we would enjoy most and what was nearby that we wanted to do and see and we felt this location was perfect! Small authentic boutique feel that we like and in the old city neighborhood that after traveling through all the neighborhoods, we decided was our favorite! And maybe you'll be lucky to hit the flea market while staying there! Great breakfast, lovely staff, and beautiful dining/drinking area right out front and across the street from one of the best sunset spots in all of Lisbon!! The hotel goes the extra mile and the beds were perfect and a/c was cold!

First time in Lisbon! Awesome! Great spot to stay! Room very comfy with aircon! Their custard tarts were a yummy treat on arrival! Breakfast was delicious and staff were really friendly! We were lucky to have our room ready early and then at check they were able to store our bags while we did our last visits around Lisbon. Great place to relax with a wine or gin and tonic in their courtyard and it was lovely having a balcony from our room with a garden view. Would stay here again next time we visit Lisbon. My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The service was outstanding!. The hotel's décor is both beautiful and unique, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to others! A Small boutique with 5 star experience !
