Very Mixed. The property itself is gorgeous However the wifi was very poor, and when i checked out early because of that.... I was promised a refund to my card.... which didn't happen and had to drive there to get the cash.
Marriot network price....But here: Ripped towels, clogged sink, wobbling toilet, leaking water in the bathroom everywhere... Absurdly pricy comparing to similar countryside hotels. Service by the pool ends at 6PM!!!! Nevertheless, the outside areas are very nice and pleasant.
Disgusting. If I could leave 0 stars I would. When we arrived there were no towels in the rooms. We had to ask several times for the towels before they finally gave us some. Now I know why they kept the towels out - the place is infested with bed bugs!! We found one on the pillow but didn't know what it was - the rest must have been hiding under the mattress. I am covered head to toe in bites. Awful!! They were clearly already aware of the situation and I am horrified that they haven't done anything about it. Completely unacceptable especially for such an expensive place.
