O local é privilegiado e muito bem cuidado. O funcionário Jorginho recebe os hóspedes com muita cordialidade e atenção. Café da manhã excelente. O jantar também muito bom, mas precisa ser solicitado até 18h e servem apenas até 20h30. Chalés privativos espaçosos, ótimos para descansar, com água quente à vontade e lareira (que não usei). Checkin e checkout pela internet, rápidos e sem burocracia. Piscina e sauna não enchem os olhos (tb não usei). Um pouco distante do centro de Passa Quatro mas com acesso fácil. Sinal de Wifi muiti instável e poucos canais de TV disponíveis. Pontos que merecem melhorias: Portão de entrada mal iluminado e acesso até a recepção bem irregular, dificultando quem chega à noite. Caminhos da recepção aos chalés são curtos porém mal iluminados.

I was expecting a different experience. The reviews I read spoke so well of the place and the pictures are even better. But unfortunately my experience wasn’t so good. From the dusty room which caused my allergies to be horrible, to them not providing towels by the pool, or access to drinking water unless you pay for bottle water , to the owners acting like guests , they won’t help or assist the guests in anyway ( I was told the staff left at 8pm and they won’t attend to me only the staff would and they left for the night), to the noise level from the owners talking on the phone well I was trying to relax and read a book at the pool or the owners talking excessive loud with customers from there other businesses when I was trying to have my meals in the dining room, and of course overcharging me on my food bill which I and you will only discover at check out . If you are looking for a quite and peaceful retreat look else where .. don’t be fooled by the reviews and pictures
