Beautiful hotel with outstanding views! We had some problems with the water supply on the first day, but everything was fixed and we were compensated by the manager with their delicious cuisine. We really want to highlight the great attention that we received from Thiago and Alex, you guys are just fantastic. If I owened a business I would try to hire you for sure. Thanks for everything.

Overpriced and below average according to service standards and cleaning! terrible experience and unprofessional team! dirty rooms no staff dirty lobby and restaurant no professionalism and lots of nonchalance!! this hotel is to avoid!! except its view nothing is worse to pay the price they ask for! The manager should be fired! he is careless does not know how to deal with clients...promises things and disapears after...staff is dirty rooms have stains everywhere on the walls the bed sheets the towels...floor os dirty...they dont make the room if you dont ask and repeat 3 times to make it!! food is terrible! they alwayd say they are running out of what is supposed to be basics like cheese! avoid absolutely!!!
