Pousada Porto Rua das Flores

Great location. Within walking distance of train station and bridges/river. Located in a popular street, but not noisy in room. Friendly and helpful staff who attend to your every need and more. Lovely breakfast. Good choice of food and drink for breakfast. When we checked in, the receptionist showed us a map of Porto and circled key buildings/features. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

We only had 24 hours in Porto so this hotel was ideally placed, with everything we wanted to see close by. The lobby was very welcoming as was the greeting on our arrival. The room was exceptionally clean and we were pleasantly surprised to have some port and sweet treats on the table in the room. Despite being on the street side we had no noise in the room. The breakfast service was very good. There was plenty of choice and the staff were attentive but not intrusive. We didn't use the pool.

Fantastic location and very comfortable hotel. All the staff were exceptional - professional, welcoming and kind. I'm glad we upgraded to a superior room, which was big enough, clean and well air-conditioned. Perhaps a bit more storage for clothes would have been useful for a week's stay. The street the hotel was on was busy but pleasant and easily walkable to the river. All together an excellent place to stay.
