Desde o primeiro momento, fui super bem recebida por uma equipe extremamente educada e atenciosa. O hotel é impecavelmente limpo, com uma localização excelente fiz tudo a pé, o que facilitou demais a experiência! O café da manhã é um verdadeiro destaque: muitas opções deliciosas, com destaque para as alternativas saudáveis, como sucos naturais, shots funcionais e snacks para iogurte. Tudo feito com muito carinho e sabor! E o cuidado vai além: até na hora do check-out teve um mimo especial, com garrafinhas de água para levar na viagem, chocolate. ❤️ Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar e já estou recomendando para todos que querem curtir Campos com conforto e acolhimento!

We thoroughly appreciated the wonderful, kind, and friendly attendants, from the moment we arrived. We were warmly greeted by the valet parking attendant, the receptionist, and all the people who served us at breakfast each morning. Thank you for the great hospitality! Breakfast was a generous spread of fruits, freshly squeezed juices, cold and hot options. The room where the food is served is clean, cozy, and well-lit. The room has warmed floor in the bathroom, which is heavenly. Bed covers are warm and comfortable even though the triple room I was in was not big. My only suggestion is for the hotel to consider installing noise-insulation windows. The loud sound of cars/motorcycles driving by the hotel road each night made it very hard to sleep at night. Making this one adjustment would make this wonderful hotel a perfect place to stay in Campos!!
