Wonderful experience. We called as we arrived in Petropolis, they offered us a room and by the time we arrived, they had already put a baby crib into the room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, facilities are well taken care of, breakfast is great, and an external massage service is available. Spaces very well taken care of, beautiful tropical surrounding with lots of plants. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good enough to enjoy the pool or hike the trail, but we loved our stay and would come back!
The visit to Pousada Vila Brasil was amazing! The place is incredible, beautiful and relaxing. All the staff was great and kind, even the owner received us personally. The rooms are amazing, with beautiful colonial architecture, very comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful and with big bathrooms. I'm really looking forward to return.
Very nice Pousada, well kept, nice decorations and good beds. Good water pressure in the showers and enough hot water. Tasty breakfast with nice service. Unfortunately there is quite some car noise at night from the street. Also, they were very focused on reminding us various times about the check out time at midday,up ti the point where it got really annoying.
