Strategic location. Close to where things really happen in town, but quiet enough for a great night's sleep. My husband and I were kindly received by Alexandre, who gave us all the information we needed. They offered coffee, tea and some cake at the end of the afternoon as a welcome snack. The parking lot was near our room and it's accessible to wheelchairs. Highly recommend it for couples.

Massa d mais so a po**

This is an old house (like most places here). As you enter, it feels like you are entering an old museum, everything looking like early 1900. Then, towards the back, there is a walkway that takes you to a dining area (don’t get so exited), with a bar and a pool. The walkway continues to these little chalés, which are decent and clean. The bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable, terribly planned. The box has an electric shower head, functional but not nice, and the water flows very slow. There is a jacuzzi that guest can reserve, for 40 min only, and very ordinary. The swimming pool is small but OK. The afternoon tea/coffee is very simple. The breakfast is far less than I expected, staff is not friendly and service is subpar to say the least. After my first coffee, I asked for another one, which was poured on the same mug, but this time it smelled like cockroaches (I kid you not). I could not believe it myself, disgusting. That was it for me, I packed up and left to never come back. What disappoints me almost as much is how it has such a good review rating. Was I the unlucky one, or are people lowering their quality bar? Well, be warned.
