Beautiful resort and hotel. Not too far of a drive from Dublin Airport. Part of the Powerscourt estate with stunning gardens and wonderfully, relaxing walking paths. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Service is top notch with a focus and making your stay perfect. The breakfast buffet is a perfect way to start your day. Wifi is free and sufficient speed for email and video conferencing. Two fantastic golf courses are across the street from the hotel. A great fitness center and spa are located on property. Plenty of on-site parking. A fantastic hotel in a beautiful location.
A lot of positive moments, but also some shortcomings. Overall, we very much enjoyed it, mostly because of so many amazing staff members and a professional and customer focused management. The F&B team is amazing. We only encountered friendly, professional and customer focused team members at all venues (breakfast, Sika and at Sally Gap). No names allowed, but you know who you are, so big thank you for all the smiles and great conversations, during breakfast and dinner. The newly assigned room was very spacious, the bed was heaven, the room just needs some maintenance. For a 5 star hotel, you would expect the rooms to be better maintained or checked before assigning them. Again, overall we still enjoyed our stay, thanks to the management, the wonderful F&B team, the comfortable bed and spacious room. We would go back, hoping to have a bit more luck with our rooms, so we could fully enjoy another stay, without the need to fix things, but to enjoy the beautiful hotel and everything it has to offer.
A magnificent hotel surrounded by nature. I come here several times a year to completely unwind and escape from it all. It’s my go-to place for peace and comfort. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with stunning mountain views 😍 The spa is pure bliss: relaxing pool, hammam, jacuzzi, and treatments that leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Everything is top quality. The restaurant is a real treat — great atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. Every time I leave feeling rested and full of energy. Highly recommend!
