PP Mountain Beach Resort

I knew about the location's lack of accessibility before, but it's still a bit of a drawback. But the view you get from here is probably a trade-off. Luckily, we visited during the low season, not many guests were there, so they called the shuttle anytime we needed which usually runs on a regular schedule. We were only staying on Phi Phi Island for one day and had to suddenly book a tour for the next day, all the staff were very helpful in many ways, allowing us to smoothly manage what could have been a difficult schedule. In other words, the service was truly top-notch.

Great rooms and super lovely service from the staff. Only caveat was getting to the beach/town was considerably inconvenient. But fortunately you get complimentary access to their hourly taxi services day and night. Did I mention it has its own water park too??

This place is far from the beach but has a view that's unmatched. If you're a family, you should choose places closer to the beach because traveling becomes a challenge since the only mode is the scheduled mini bus. The rooms are great but service is very poor, are AC cooling had an issue but despite many requests we didn't get any help.
