We almost didn’t book PP Princess Resort because of some recent bad reviews, but we are so happy we did!! Our stay was unbelievable. We were in room 316, which was spotless, a good size and had powerful air-conditioning, reliable WiFi, hot water and was very modern. The breakfast had a great variety, and the stunning views made it even better. The pool was huge, with plenty of sunbeds and amazing views, and the location was perfect - right in the middle of everything, yet our room was still quiet. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would absolutely stay here again!!!!
We had mixed feelings about this hotel, but overall, we’re glad we chose it. The rooms are definitely outdated, but they’re incredibly spacious. We stayed in a Deluxe Room—it wasn’t the most modern or the cleanest, but it was huge, and the balcony was very roomy, which we appreciated. Shower was the worst but that did’t bother us too much. The location is excellent, right by the beach, and the breakfast was a real highlight—tasty, with lots of options, and served in a beachfront area, which made for a great start to each day. One downside was that this was the only hotel during our Thailand trip that didn’t allow early check-in (we were just 40 minutes early), which felt a bit inflexible. That said, they did make a sweet gesture by decorating the bed with a “Happy Birthday” message, which was lovely and appreciated. The pool area is lush and relaxing, with an amazing view of the sea. The pool itself is large and beautiful, though it was a little disappointing to find there’s a minimum spend requirement—even for hotel guests—if you want to use the nicer pool beds. All in all, while there were a few things that could be improved, we enjoyed our stay and felt good about choosing this hotel.
We stayed here in March this year. The hotel is in a really good location if you’re looking to party otherwise be prepared to be kept awake with very loud music on the beach. The rooms were outdated and there were ants in our living area. Breakfast was very average. We were meant to stay three nights but left after two due to the sleepless nights and ants. When we approached the hotel staff about the issues they said they would refund our last night. To this date I have not received the refund. I have send numerous emails and tried to call them. As it was booked through a partner agent Booking. Com are unable to do anything. The hotel is overpriced and wouldn’t recommend.
