Praia do Sal Lisbon Resort

We had a wonderful stay in Praia do Sal. The accommodation was perfect, very clean and comfortable and we had a gorgeous view of the sunset every evening from our balcony. The pool and surrounding area was beautifully maintained and our children had a wonderful time playing in the pool. The restaurant offered a take-away option which was very convenient! The children's play area and the children's entertainer (visited 3 of the 7 days we were there) were added bonuses which we didn't expect! The staff were all excellent and nothing was too much trouble, they all responded promptly and politely to all queries and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. A very relaxing resort ideally situated near Lisbon, perfect for a restful holiday.

Lovely, small resort at the edge of a fabulous village & close to the city. Staff were very attentive using WhatsApp. Apartments are big, spacious and comfortable. Sunsets along the sea front were amazing & beach on its doorstep. A hidden gem.

Mixed feelings about this resort. On one hand, it presents itself as idyllic — perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. On the other hand, a few shortcomings suggest there’s room for improvement. The spa, for instance, had one of its two saunas out of service for the entire week, and the gym wasn’t fully functional. Breakfast was fine, but given the price point, I expected a bit more variety and quality. The staff were generally friendly and willing to help, though at times they seemed a little overwhelmed or disengaged.
