Second hotel I have stayed at while visiting Fortaleza. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The building is older but has been remodeled. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. Ironing facilities and gym could be better. Breakfast is very crowded in the space that it is offered in but is tasty and offers a solid selection of traditional Brazilian breakfast items. Some of the staff are bilingual which is nice for foreign travelers. If you have never been to Fortaleza before it is more of a local destination versus Rio. So it is expected that Rio hotel workers be fluent in the major languages you wouldn’t necessarily expect this in Fortaleza.
Pretty solid. Great location. Very safe. Pool is a tad small but nice. Breakfast buffet is good. But best of all, & why I give 5 starts, was because of the bellman Javier. STELLAR service from him. Guy was there for your every need with a big smile. I hope management treats him well, because these types are rare !
great beachfront location. the rooms are small and cramped. restaurants are a mess. overpriced for what it offers
