I stayed here after surgery. The staff here was very friendly and extremely supportive during my entire stay. This place was tagged as handicap accessible and they are! They were very accommodating and provided a wheelchair as well as any other support or amenities that I needed. I would recommend this place. Nice for a romantic getaway if you grab a beachfront room. The rest of the resort seemed very kid friendly, and I met some families visiting. I never made it to the bar but my companion enjoyed happy hour.
Wonderful hotel with a beautiful vista and gorgeous sea front rooms. The staff are extremely diligent and do everything possible to make sure that you have a good time. The food served is excellent, some of the loveliest meals we have experienced in many stays across Thailand. There are many lovely local places to eat - both on the road outside the hotel and along the beach. We loved having a delicious cocktail at sundown - best mojitos ever. We would recommend Prana without reservation and will definitely return.
We stayed at Prana for four nights and found the service to be good—consistent with the friendly hospitality we've experienced throughout Thailand. For the price, it was a decent place to stay. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The quality of the food was quite poor, despite there being a wide variety of options. I would have preferred to pay a little more for better quality meals. The mixed drinks also left something to be desired. Additionally, the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for me to sleep well. One of the more frustrating aspects of our stay was the amount of smoking by guests in shared spaces. Although some areas were marked as non-smoking, these rules didn’t seem to be enforced.
