Pranakorn Heritage Hotel

Staff are so helpful here, nice clean rooms with air con and a pool! Can’t get better for the city centre. You get 20% off the restaurant next door when you stay as well which is delicious. Definitely recommend

We booked two double rooms at the Pranakorn Heritage Hotel for our stay in Bangkok. Although it’s a bit of a distance from the airport, it’s located in the city center, with many attractions within walking distance. Upon arrival, our luggage was immediately taken, and we were welcomed with iced tea in the cool lobby. Everything was very clean and nicely arranged. The room wasn’t large — for example, there was no wardrobe — but it was sufficient for our city trip. There was also a pool with a bar, and in the evenings, you could sit together at the tables. Breakfast was nicely arranged and included both local dishes and classics. It was very varied, as different dishes were offered at the buffet each day. Especially noteworthy was the friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The reception is open 24/7. A taxi to the airport was arranged for us at a good price, and a takeaway breakfast box was offered. During our checkout at 4 a.m., another staff member immediately checked the room and pointed out any forgotten items. We can only recommend the Pranakorn Heritage Hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Incredibly clean with friendly staff - noted at reception and in the restaurant. A little out of the way for other restaurants but nothing to really complain about. I had a room for six nights overlooking the busy main road outside and it wasn’t too bad for noise. Beds very comfortable, bathroom very good. The pool was fine but could do with some more sun beds. Not so sure about the beds being in water as you can drop phones etc into it, but it isn’t a deal breaker. Very good and efficient staff all round. Thank you for a lovely six nights.
