We have been there in Juli 2018. The Location of our Apartment was good. The apartment was clean and and everything was in good condition. The view from the back window was not that great (view into a shaft between the houses - very dirty). In the night it was also very loud on the front window. The WLAN in our apartment was not working.

The location is good. Apartments are spacious but they're not well maintained and if you need anything, there's no one to help you and it takes quite sometime for anyone to come. Also the AC wasn't for working when I stayed here and they didn't repair it or change my room for my entire stay. It was very uncomfortable and not a pleasant experience.

The location of the apartment was good, the staff at the reception were lovely, and at first glance the rooms looked quite nice and modern, but almost everything else was a let down. There were smears and stains over most of the surfaces. The air con was really loud and annoying. The TV control was running out of batteries and didn't work. The bed was a small double despite being advertised as a large. The apartment was 4 floors up with no elevator. Then there were all the broken things: - The shower head and shower curtain were both broken meaning that the floor got soaked with each use - bedside lamp didn't work - bin broken - blinds broken In total, there were numerous things that made the apartment really irritating to stay in, but could easily be fixed.
