We enjoyed our stay at Grape Harbor Prata Apartment Hotel! There were many notable aspects to our apartment - it was roomy and exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had strong water pressure, there was ample storage and it was well-equipped. The refrigerator stocked with milk, cheese, butter, eggs, etc. was a wonderful touch and the daily fresh bread and pastry delivery was a treat. We also loved having bottled water and coffee restocked daily and the washer/dryer combo worked very well. The front desk team was helpful, friendly and always around, and the daily housekeeping was welcome. The location is superb - close to major sights, dining and shopping. I have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to visit Grape Harbor Prata Apartment Hotel again. My only suggestion to management is to add some personality to the rooms/apartments. The art on the walls is sparse and there is little use of color. Adding some art and pops of color with paint, pillows, bedding, etc. could provide some charm and a sense of place. I highly recommend this apartment hotel. Overall, we were delighted with everything.

Great location right it the middle of all the attractions and many restaurants around. We had a quiet, clean, very large apartment with washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Front desk always available if help needed. Really everything we were looking for when vacationing in Lisbon with family.

Great central location, yet totally soundproof windows. Very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and good breakfast. An overall really good choice!
