Great Location & Stylish Stay in the Heart of Athens We really enjoyed our stay at Praxitelous Luxury Suites. The location is unbeatable — right in the center of Athens, close to Monastiraki Square, great restaurants, shopping streets, and major landmarks like the Acropolis. It made exploring the city so easy and fun. The suite was modern, clean, and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and a sleek bathroom. We also appreciated the small touches like the coffee machine. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient base in Athens!
The hotel is really cute and cozy, its close to everything in central athens, the breakfast is so good I recommend taking the breakfast included option and their coffee is absolutely amazing The reception was so helpful, kind and friendly Savas helped us with really good and cool suggestions for coffee shops, rooftop lounges and and restaurants. He also told us which areas that are safe at night If I come to athens again I would book in this hotel mainly because of the staff.
Treated horribly by customer service. I was travelling with a young baby and made a booking error and booked a room a week after my intended night. My mistake. I arrived at the hotel and they tried to take advantage of my unfortunate situation and upsell me to a room that was double the cost…. Not only this, they firmly stated NO REFUNDS…even if the booking was made 2 hours prior and I was hoping to just switch the nights.. It would have taken 0 effort for them to change the night and honour the original price. Keep in mind it’s 10pm and they had no one else coming to take that room, so it was lost profit anyways. I have worked in hotels for 10 years and own my own business and can say I would never treat anyone, let alone a family with a crying child…at that time of night…a CUSTOMER. That way. You’re in hospitality and your job is to make things right - even when it’s not your “fault”
