A Fantastic Stay, like a Hidden Paradise! Our experience here was absolutely wonderful. It felt like a peaceful paradise, far removed from the chaos of everyday life. The exclusive boat service made everything so convenient, and the elegant surroundings created the perfect atmosphere to relax. Breakfast was delicious every single morning! From the front desk to the boat crew and room service, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the facilities are a bit older, they carry a charming historical character-perfect for those who appreciate classic architecture. My family and I had such a beautiful stay. Thank you all so much for the unforgettable experience!

Hidden Gems in Chaopraya river. Building really beautiful. Best breakfast. The hotel will provide a set of fruits first, then there will be a breakfast course for us to choose. The hotel serves beautiful food, gives a lot of food without having to go and get it ourselves. It is very convenient. When checking in, the hotel provides a welcome drink with pomelo salad, which is very delicious. Pomelo salad is a food that is hard to find. It is royal food. The service is very good. The most convenient way is travel by boat. take a taxi to bus stop at Riva Surya Hotel on Phra Athit Road and then call Praya Palazzo Hotel to come pick you up and take you across the river.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars. We loved the location, ease (and experience) of taking the boat to get to it, the restaurant, pool, and staff. However, we stayed there for 5 night and never had hot water. While I did bring this to the attention of management, nothing was ever done and we were not moved to another room that DID have hot water. Showers were cold! However, we still partially enjoyed our stay and other things about the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent and we really loved the special dinner that reflected this history of Thailand!
