If your planning your next holiday in alberta and having trouble to find a great place to stay with your family and kids look no further i recently stayed here with my family absolutely beautiful place for a weekend getaway great size rooms very clean staff outstanding alot of amenities great location definitely will be back 😀

I honestly have no clue what people are talking about in their negative reviews. This place was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids and it was the perfect place for them to unwind after hiking all day and adventuring in Banff. Pool was great and service was exceptional. If you have little ones, I highly recommend this place. Underground parking was easy to access. Super close to the entrance if banff national park. Everything was clean and cleaned daily for us. Will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Our family of 3 + 2 fur animals stayed at the 2 bedroom penthouse suit. (402) Stunning location, walking distance to a lot of amenities. Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment; upon arrival I noticed curl hairs in the bathtub (YUCK). As well as old juice containers under the king bed from previous stays. Working as a cleaner I was defiantly not impressed for the amount you spend to stay here.
