Lovely place where we stayed these past days. The food and the buffet were top-notch, the entertainment was great, and the buffet had good food. The waiters were very friendly, especially a guy named Javi at the buffet who helped us with all the questions we asked—very kind staff. I will definitely come back."

Self contained facility there's everything you need without leaving the facility. A few things, there is 2 receptions, the apartments is in the little bungalow and the main desk for the hotel is in the big building. Yes there is a difference and the reception gets really salty if you're confused.

travelled to this resort to enjoy the golf facilities, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During dinner, when my husband was briefly left alone at the table, a waitress handed him a piece of paper with her phone number on it. I find this behaviour absolutely unacceptable from a resort that promotes itself as a destination for golf trips — often for men, with or without their partners. It is disrespectful, unprofessional, and frankly, very rude. I have already raised a formal complaint with the hotel, but am still waiting for them to address the matter properly. In my view, guests should be able to trust that staff will maintain professional standards and show respect to all customers, including married couples. Sadly, this experience has left me questioning what sort of establishment Precise Resorts are running.
