Precise Resort Schwielowsee

A very nice hotel with super rooms and apartments situated in beautiful and picturesque surroundings down to the water. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet is both varied and nice - we started every morning there. However, the evening buffet at 40 euros pr person (without drinks) is extremely overpriced and doesn't offer much. We tried that only once.

This hotel is a nice resort in Werder with an indoor and outdoor pool , a sauna and a gym. Also on the facility are mini soccer goals and a table tennis table,which is great. Sadly,the food was not so enjoyable and after I ate I had stomach pain. Summary : a decent hotel.

Me and my husband wanted to find a nice place to rest, but this place was a joke. We were so excited for expensive beautiful hotel but we experience only regreds. From stuff only reception was okay, they guided us correctly but restaurant is ridiculous. Breakfast is a poor quality dissaster, only few people to serve and none of them was nice or helpful. They dont understand german either english when we needed anything from them. Very unpolite, one older women almost throw a plate on the table and only looked at us weirdly. Others were just running around and could not keep up with amount of other guest. We paid for breakfast but wait so long at finally somebody took care of us. There is no food to chose and it looks very bad. At 3rd day of our stay it was disqusting, nobody cleaned around buffe, and it looked like not fresh at all. Is it really 4 star? Dinner was also unpleasant. Stuff mostly was doing nothing and after promise of high service and wines I was hoping at lease they would be more friendly. They totally ignored us and after long time finally somebody came and act like nothing happened. Room was dirty from the start, hotel ignore request about fixing already broken stuff (like cooling system, which is a joke ina hot summer!!!), and all of inside hotel is dusty, dirty and with spiders. I was shocked. Wellness area is small and noisy, if somebody count for nice relax can go away asap. Kids keep on screaming and there is no private corner to even run away and hide. Only location is good. But we dont apprecate it since its tempting tourist and give them rollercoster ride. As guest we expect at least decenty and for this prices its just hillarious. We should be payed back but of course nobody wanted to help us with it saying there is no refunds. We book for one week, left after three days. We were patient too much anyways. Please avoid place.
