Premier Basko Hotel Padang

I was fine with the hotel location & facilities, which is have pool, spa, access to mall, lounge, bed, etc. Bed & linen also comfortable etc. But, the staff/services need to be well trained. I have complained about more than 4 times, for my 3 rooms, sometimes the receptionist need to have sense/empathy. Also the hotel admin need to work properly, as im facing difficulty to reach on direct line phone, i got no response from ig, whatsapp too, in order makesure my reservation and room. Elite membership at any travel platform seems not workable here. After complained the few employees keep gather and seeing us, while they should do a quick action or kind of service recovery. Please improve, thanks

The rooms were uncomfortably stuffy with poor air ventilation, leaving a persistent unpleasant smell. I even felt suffocated at night. To make matters worse, the bathwater in the morning was brown—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be high-end. The furniture also showed clear signs of neglect and needed maintenance. On a positive note, the lobby is spacious, and the staff provided exceptional service, which was the only redeeming aspect of my stay.

Not worth the price. When checked in, the room was messy and smelly. Even there was still a dirty towel on the couch. The extra bed was not ready and still need to wait. I was moved to another room. I feel like this hotel is super old and not managed well. Chair is clunky. Service is ok. But far from other 4 stars hotel. Not gonna go back to this hotel for sure.
