Highly recommend the hotel! The pricing was fair, we were a family of 4 and we booked two rooms. Breakfast spread is one of the best we had throughout our stay in multiple hotels in Japan. Staff were very friendly, and the location right beside the train station is extremely convenient. Convenience stores and food options are within walking distance. Also love that they provided us with pyjamas and a complete range of skincare!
First of all, I would like to extend my warmest greetings from Turkey to all our Japanese friends. It was a pleasure to visit your country. You are truly wonderful people. We had a great time exploring your beautiful country and returned home with unforgettable memories. Thank you all — I sincerely greet you with respect. Premier Hotel Cabin President Osaka exceeded my expectations. It felt like staying at a five-star hotel. Before our trip, we had read that hotel rooms in Japan are generally small — and I believe that is true in many cases — but at this hotel, two people stayed comfortably. The room size was more than sufficient, thanks to a smart and efficient design. In terms of square meters, it was a very good size considering the price-performance ratio. The hotel and room cleanliness were outstanding. The room included pajamas, a full set of toiletries (even shaving cream, which I had run out of — I was pleasantly surprised it was available), a coffee machine, and various teas. Although the bathroom was relatively small, it was well-designed and easy to use. The room had everything we needed — good lighting, effective sound insulation, and excellent ventilation. The hotel lobby was wonderful. There was a special corner in the lobby where you could help yourself to additional creams, skincare products, facial masks, bath powders, etc., to use in your room — all free of charge. Breakfast might be considered a bit limited for travelers from Western countries, but everything offered was tasty, and the coffee was excellent. The entire hotel team — especially in the restaurant — was respectful and helpful. The service quality was well above four stars. We stayed in a premium-style room, which included afternoon snacks (sweet and savory) and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during the evening hours. The in-room minibar was also restocked daily. We stayed at this hotel in two separate periods. After our initial checkout, our return flight to Hong Kong was postponed due to a tropical cyclone, and we would have missed our connecting flight. So we made a new reservation and stayed four more nights. During our first checkout, we stayed 40 minutes past the checkout time and were charged an extra 1,000 yen. However, this rule had been clearly stated beforehand, so the responsibility was ours. I’m only mentioning this as a reminder for future guests — it’s not a criticism of the hotel. While it would have been nice to avoid the fee, a rule is a rule, and this seems to be how things work in Japan — it’s important to be mindful of such details. After our final checkout, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and explore the city a bit more. The hotel’s location was excellent. There was a metro station right next to it, making it very easy to get around the city. There were also 24-hour convenience stores nearby. With its spotless rooms and great service, this will definitely be the hotel I stay at again when I return to Osaka. Thank you!
The hotel has a lovely exterior and spacious rooms with great complimentary drinks. It’s located right next to the subway and close to Umeda, which makes it easy to get around. There are also convenience stores just a few minutes away. Service varied a bit; some staff were friendly, while others weren’t as engaging. Still, my stay was very comfortable overall, and I’d recommend the hotel for its great location and spacious rooms.
