This old hotel, from soviet times, has significantly improved in sense of infrastructure. However, the kitchen should be improved. The location is nice, by side the big park. The personnel is in general nice. Parking is available. You could also pay by card. I would say - even too much security with the card/key from room.
A thoroughly modern establishment nicely located. This is true especially for the tourist since downtown is less than 1/2 hour walk through a pleasant park. Public transportation is also reasonable to use from here. The restaurant is good for afternoon snacks. I recommend the borscht for a light snack.
It's not a quality of 4th stars. The air conditioner control is broken in my room and lights & works not from the first touch. The single bed I've booked consists of 2 small ones. The water sprinkler in the shower was not cleaned, 1/3 of the holes were blocked. But the dinner is good. Do not recommend the hotel.
