First time staying at this hotel. It is located just off Rivonia Road in a quiet area. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Service is Excellent and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I needed an adapter late on the first night. Learnmore, brought it to my room and wished me a good night. The next night I asked for extra coffee and again Learnmore delivered it to my room with a smile and greeted me by name and then wished me a pleasant evening. That's service at its best. I'll be back! Lovemore you have just gained your hotel a new customer for my trips to Johannesburg
Great if you like cosy boutique hotels where there aren't too many guests. It's just right. There are no lifts which isn't great if you don't like carrying heavy luggage.
We have stayed here before as it is close to doctors we use. First time I stayed there was a problem with bar fridge. 2nd time no sugar free beverage options? The TV in both rooms doesn't work, but did the first time, however bad reception and poor program options. They have now gone to fetch drinks from the Quaterman around the corner!?
