Premier Hotel Miskolc

Amazing hotel. Masterpiece in a middle of nowhere. Usually you can expect such level of hotel only in a much bigger cities. Interior, materials, design, comfort, service - all top notch. Amazing breakfast with high grade food and huge list to choose from. The only disappointment was a shower. Floor isn't leveled properly and all the bathroom was flooded with water, after a shower session.

Stayed here with my partner, was very clean and safe hotel. Close to tesco, McDonald’s and shopping centre. You can control the room on your phone - enter the room and building, heating, request cleaning. I would recommend this to someone who is used to higher end hotels, however I wished reception was open 24-7 as other countries as there came a time I needed house keeping for towels and realised they was closed. It is close to a busy road but the road traffic didn’t disturb us too much on level 3. Breakfast is open 7-10 I believe and they have a safe underground car park shared with another hotel, which was free with no walking distance.

I stayed at Hotel Premier and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. One of the most frustrating things was that the reception is completely closed at night, which caused serious inconvenience when we needed assistance. There was no clear way to reach anyone in case of an emergency or even for basic help. Additionally, the staff was far from welcoming. We encountered a few people who seemed annoyed by simple questions, and the general atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. It’s a shame because the hotel itself has potential, but the customer service really brought the experience down. Would not recommend this place, especially if you're expecting professional service and proper support during your stay.
