Premier Hotel Nakajima Park Sapporo

The service provided by the hotel is commendable. The staff are warm and helpful. They showed they take an interest in ensuring the hotel guests are comfortable and enjoyed their stay. The location is central and breakfast is yummy. The room is spacious. Will stay there again on my next trip.

5 minutes walk away from the nakajima-koen station, Premier hotel nakajima was a great experience for us. While we had some reservations because the hotel’s exterior looked older, the great location away from the hustle of the main city streets convinced us to give this hotel a stay. And we were glad we did. The hotel is just 15-20 minutes walk, or 5-8 minutes away by metro, from the main streets of susukino. Along the way, there are other bars and restaurants worth trying as well. The hotel accommodates an open drink bar, for hotel guests, with a selection of free coffee, juices and wines between certain hours of the day (I believe 3-7pm). The room was clean and tidy, had no faulty appliances and is slightly larger than we expected. However, the main highlight was the view over Nakajima Park, and the 1 minute walk away from it.

I strongly advise you choose another hotel. Poor service and poorly managed. No bathhouse, no laundry. The young man working the desk made me quite uncomfortable (I recommend better customer service training) and I left feeling not valued as a client of the hotel. There was also a clump of hair under a pillow that was not mine.
