The rooms are very spacious, clean, and feel very homely. We had an issue with the key cards, they didn't work and one room took several phone calls to be resolved. We were not informed that some plugs were not working due to a power outage, so the aircon didn't work. Being in the winter months, this made the room freezing cold. All in all it was good stay though.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. First, my luggage was misplaced upon arrival, and I had to wait hours just to get it sorted. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent, offering no real apology or compensation for the inconvenience. The horrible smell of cigarettes lingered in the hallways, making the whole floor feel cheap and unclean. To make things worse, the elevator was littered with empty beer bottles…it looked like there had been a wild party the night before. Is this really the kind of environment a reputable hotel allows? And if that wasn’t bad enough, my room had no hot running water! After a long day, all I wanted was a warm shower, but instead, I was left freezing. This hotel must improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would never stay here again and would advise others to steer clear unless they enjoy frustration and disappointment. 1/10 …. A complete letdown.
