Premier Hotel Pretoria

Good place to stay. Close to shops and had a good view of Pretoria. Close to the Union Buildings as well. Close to main road a taxis make noise especially early in the morning. Otherwise I recommend the place

Terrible terrible terrible. Ive been here 15 minutes and already 2 unpleasant experiences. No one manning reception. Had to shout "HELLO" after a few minutes to grab someone's attention. The restaurant is in shambles. One chef and one waiter on duty. So they couldnt man their roast station. We had to cut our own meat. Poor quality food. No still water!! When we booked, we paid for Ala Carte menu but was greeted with this terrible buffet. We are members of Premier group, so safe to say we use the brand often but this is the nail in the coffin.

Poor and incompetent room service, the cleaning ladies and male maintenance workers gossip about the hotel visitors I’m stating this from personal experience and also the female hotel manager was beyond unprofessional and cheeky, she was making threats as if she would willingly sabotage our hotel stay and experience. Because of their unprofessional workers and repulsively rude manager I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Not to sound disingenuous however there isn’t much constructive criticism to give about this place.
