The hotel is such a pleasant surprise. The service from the staff is exceptional. The rooms are stunning and yesterday we had delicious dinner with the fire burning at the boma. It added a nice extra touch to the experience. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you to the entire team.
Very nice rooms. TV remote was not working and a few loose tiles on shower floor. Safe not bolted to the wall so can be stolen. All the staff were so friendly. Nice sitting on the porch having coffee and looking at the animals
Good location, but staff member came into my room while I was sleeping. It needs revamp asap. Feels like I walked into a time capsule. Really musky and dusty. Good views but rooms were not great. Bathroom had a window right next to shower. I did not feel safe
