I really love this hotel. :) 1. Cost-effectiveness is good. 2. Room condition is good and clean. It‘s bigger than I thought. 3. The breakfast is delicious. 4. Sauna & Fitness is very good. 5. This hotel is closed to downtown. 6. It’s very quiet around hotel. No noise.

This is the second time we stay here. The room has a huge tub and a separate shower, plus two queen sized beds with space enough for a sofa. The quality of its breakfast buffet is very good. Note that there is a brick oven in the middle and pizzas are fresh out of it, do give it a try. The only complaint is that it's a 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Sapporo main streets

*updated the rating since they have turned up the heat so much in the rooms I can't sleep. However, they magically found a fan after they said they didn't have any. The only redeeming quality this hotel has is their breakfast which so far has been the best in all of the countries I have traveled to. Also, every hotel I've stayed at in the world allows an hour late check out as a courtesy, yet this hotel charges $75 USD an hour, while we paid that much a day. This hotel is a joke. I highly do not recommend staying here. I have only been in this hotel for a few hours and I already don't like so many things about it. There is no AC/temp control in the rooms and it feels very warm (I'm here in the summer of May). You can't control the temperature in your room and when we called the front desk for a fan, they rudely said open the window. I took off another point because it's actually further out than the central location where there is more to do, eat, & etc... I feel like their shuttle is useless. Vintage look hotel, which is nice but very outdated. No laundry facility like other nicer hotels that are half the price. Personally, I would not book this hotel again in the future. Especially for the price of other nice hotels being cheaper.
