Premier Inn Passau Weisser Hase

Wonderful and quiet place with perfect location on top of that. I really appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee in the room. It was so lovely to be able to make a cup of tea in the evening. I felt very comfortable there and all the staff was beyond helpful! I highly recommend to have the breakfast there as well.

Super Location and in a very modern building with lifts. It is on the site an old building called Weißer Hase (white rabbit). The personal , like all Premier Inns that I had stayed at Are very friendly and helpful - also: luggage storage

Decent hotel in good location. Walkable from train station with rolling luggage. Room was compact but clean and comfortable. Ridiculous lock system on room door - it's a standard electronic card lock however the deadbolt knob on the inside is not a true deadbolt but instead just a switch that disables the card lock. There is no safety mechanism which turns off the deadbolt switch when exiting the room, which means that it's possible to exit the room with the switch still engaged, making it impossible to get back in the room with your card. Then you have to go down to the front desk and ask the poor clerk with a long line of people waiting to check out, to run up to your room and let you in. The other issue is that the hotel interior (hallways, but not inside our room) always smelled of cigarette smoke, possibly some of the rooms are smoking or possibly fom people smoking just outside the main hotel door.
