Having stayed for 3 weeks on a business trip we were delighted by the way all of staff members treated us. They would go out of their way to serve us. Always friendly with amazing positive vibes. Especially Hatice Kaldır the day she put foot in the hotel everything was exceptionally changed. The breakfast changed dramatically with scrumptious wide range to choose from.Must admit that the first couple of days was a disaster, hardly anything for breakfast. Like to thank all of the staff members from housekeeping, technical support. Front desk and especially the waiters. A very special thank you to the person who managed all of this to Hatice Kaldır. Thank You !!
It is a bad hotel. The air conditioning is very poor. The refrigerator has poor performance as well. Their team uncooperates, and they didn't try to solve the problem.
Service is very poor and look like 5star hotel but there is no standards and well trained staffs and cleaness not good
