We arrived at the hotel at midnight, and were welcomed and made to feel special from that point onwards. The restaurant was kept open for us so we could have a hot meal on our arrival, which was a nice touch after travelling all day. The hotel, staff and service were second to none, and if you want somewhere to relax, recharge your batteries, with exceptional food and service, this is the place for you. This was our first holiday as a couple without the kids (young adults), and I’m so pleased we’ve found this gem, which we’ll definitely be recommending to our family and friends and hopefully be visiting for years to come. Thank you to the Manager and all your exceptional staff, who work so hard and provided an amazing experience we’ll never forget ❤️

A beautiful hotel with very good service. The rooms will soon need a refresh. The food is very good, and the alcohol is good—a large selection. Very good Spa.I think I will visit this hotel again. Peace, quiet, and a great atmosphere. I recommend it.

What an amazing place! It's worth every penny. Amazing adults only resort. We stayed in a premium jacuzzi suit, which includes VIP package. This is well worth the extra that you pay. You get 1 laundry service during your stay so had all our clothes ironed and hung when we arrived but you can chose to have them all washed ready for when you leave if you prefer at no extra cost. Exec lounge is included with VIP, which is 24hr all inclusive and serves all premium spirits plus prosecco and rose prosecco, which are delicious. All bars serve freshly made cocktails, and the espresso Martins and Mojitos are the best. Adam in the Exec lounge is amazing, such a nice polite young man who works very hard and always has a smile. The 3aiters serve you all day at the pool and also on the private beach. Drinks are brought to you as soon as your glass is empty. Big shout out and thank you to Melad who looked after us so well everyday by the pool, this guy is excellent at what he does ensuring you are hydrated with fresh fruit and water throughout the day. How he remembers what every ones drink choice is i do not know, this guy has some memory! The place and grounds are immaculate, and you are really looked after. This is a very chilled out resort, so not for anyone wanting a party holiday with lots of action but was perfect for what we wanted. Unlimited al carte restaurant dining is included as part of VIP, or you receive 5 per visit for a standard booking. The food is amazing. Choice of buffet option in main restaurant or al fresco dining option for lunch in Ossiano restaurant. The buffalo wings in here are to die for! The buffet food is delicious with so much choice. Excellent breakfast choices with everything you could possibly want. Evening dining includes Mandarin, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean, and Society fine dining al la carte. Everyone was delicious. Staff are so friendly and attentive and work really hard. It's a beautiful place, and we will definitely return. You even get bags of crisps included if you ask for them when pool side. A small tip goes a long way. Take one dollar notes to tip with, this really does go a long way, and they are greatly appreciated.
