Overall not the best experience. Rooms, breakfast were ok, fitness was good, staff at the reception was very unfriendly. A simple question to call a restaurant for us to see if they were open was refused and they said we can do it ourselves. Not the kind of service you expect.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth Even One Star Unfortunately, our experience at Premier Palace Baku was extremely disappointing. Although advertised as a 4-star hotel, it falls far short of even basic expectations — in reality, it barely deserves one star. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hotel is poorly maintained. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, showing little interest in addressing any of our concerns. The facilities were in terrible condition: There was a constant water leak in the shower, which was also broken and barely functional. The water temperature was inconsistent — lukewarm at best, and freezing cold during the last two days of our stay, making it nearly impossible to shower. The mattress in our room was sagging and uncomfortable, and despite repeated requests, it was never replaced. The pillows were extremely hard, almost like rocks. Towels and bath linens were not changed throughout our stay. Reception was manned by very young, inexperienced staff who lacked the skills or authority to resolve any issues. Even when problems were reported early in the day, we were repeatedly told, “there are no workers,” or “it’s too late,” with no follow-up the next day. As a group that spent the entire day out exploring Baku and only returned to the hotel in the evenings, it was frustrating to find nothing had been addressed — day after day. In summary, Premier Palace Baku offered no service, no cleanliness, and no accountability. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, and I believe any travel company or agency should reconsider cooperating with them, as the experience is completely contrary to expectations.

Very disappointing stay – definitely not a 4-star hotel! We stayed for 6 nights, and the experience was far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel — it barely deserves 1 star. On two mornings, there was no water at all in the bathroom, and for three nights, there was no hot water. The bathroom was very old, with water leaking onto the floor and from the showerhead, clearly in need of maintenance. They only provide one room key, which also operates the elevator, causing inconvenience. Throughout our entire stay, towels and bed sheets were never changed even once.
