The rooms were extremely warm. The room temperature of 29 ° C has also not down regulated. The spa area is also open to the public and well attended during the day. The sauna is not included in the room price and costs 45Ron per person. Overall, I can not give 5 stars.
Nice rooms and spa. Poor staff and by no means 5 star hotel regarding breakfast. In the room the temperature was 27,5 C, and I couldn't lower it because they didn't set the air conditioning system. Used glasses near the juice machine, as you could've thought that they are meant to be clean. Otherwise, the room was clean,
Positive - reasonable price - large and clean rooms - nice and perfect breakfast - calm, quiet Negative: - they charged me some items if the minibar that I didn't consume; seems that the staff was doing that for purpose. - absolutely terrible service in the restaurants - long waiting, mischanging the orders, some meals of the menu were not available, meal definitely didn't deserve 5* Conclusion - nice and reasonable 3+ star hotel - definitely not 5*
