Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay, various breakfast with many choices. There is a spacious pool with kids activities, clean beach. Rooms are modern and clean. They provided us with a nice see view room. Thanks for the great service!
One of the best Hotels in south side of Phu Quoc, just a walk away to the beach! They have very nice and wide variety of morning breakfast and amenities like a few swimming pools, spa, gym, kayaking and playing by the beach for hotel guests. The hotel room is also nice and clean. Strongly recommended for family and couple outings. We really did enjoy my wife and my 3d2n stay here! If you do visit, you will know what i mean!
The hotel is huge which means it's very crowded. The hotel seems to cater for Korean and local tourists. When we arrived no welcome drink was offered and we were indicated our room over there. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet is huge with lots of choice especially for Asian tastes however it does get crowded. Pool area is on different levels and there are sun loungers easily available although not all around the pool. Beach is beautiful too. Free shuttle to sunset town and free ticket to the kiss of the sea show at night. Prices inside the hotel are extortionate even for Vietnamese standards. 30k for a little bottle of water is extremely expensive. Hotel is situated on the beach but other than that the location isn't the best. You need to take a taxi to go elsewhere so a thing to think about also. I can't really see how this hotel could cater for people with walking disabilities I rarely saw wheelchair ramps so a thing to consider. I've experienced it, would I go again, no. There are better hotels in other areas of the island in better locations.
