10/10! We are family of 3. The size of the room is spacious! Everything is neat and well arranged. The location is perfect and in quiet area. There are 2 elevators that run quickly that you don’t need to wait too long. The service, I would give additional 5 stars. The front desks are the kindest and helpful staff. Emails and requests were responded very fast. Ismail, Louis and Ulfat had helped with care and respect. I would recommend anyone who visit Antwerp to stay here.
Centrally located in Antwerp within a 5 minute walk from Franklin Roosevelt Plaatz. Reception staff were knowledgable & helpful. The room including bathroom was excellent, clean, a good size & well appointed with tv, kettle & capsule coffee machine. Balcony was nice. Reception area leads to a bar & breakfast area. Overall very impressed with the hotel, facilities & staff & decided to extend our stay by a day
Spacious room ✅ Well-equipped kitchen (toaster, pans, espresso machine) ✅ Great A/C ✅ Comfy, firm bed ✅ Great location (near the train station, shops and restaurants) ✅ Very modern gym with everything you need ✅ WiFi - I could not connect to the WiFi with any of my iphones for 4 days so do not depend on it❌ The customer service / staff communication could be better ❌ I requested early check-in two weeks in advance via Booking. com but didn’t hear back until after I’d already checked in - pretty useless. Thankfully, the male manager helped when I arrived and let me check in early. Check-out was supposed to be at 11AM, but female staff told us we could stay until 12PM. Still, we got a call at 11:30AM asking why we hadn’t checked out, and at 11:45AM, the manager came to the door. It felt a bit disorganized - they clearly weren’t communicating.
