I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were super helpful and welcoming. The location was convenient too. Would definitely choose this place again for future training events or short getaways.

The hotel is worth of your money. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is beyond what u pay. Highly recommended. The parking is near and don't need us to walk far. Easy to use grab from food to transportation. I extended one more night there with confident because it's a wonderful experience. Keep up the good service. Bravo to all your staffs over there.

I am extremely angry! In a four-star hotel, none of the rooms had working air conditioning. I slept sweating all over! When I asked to change the room, the staff took us to another one, but the air conditioning there was still not cold. They left without saying anything or asking if we wanted to switch to that room. We just stood there in the hallway like fools, waiting. We had to call the front desk again, and they sent another person to take us to a different floor and another room, but the air conditioning was still not cold. We spent the entire night like this. I came to the hotel to rest, but instead of resting, I ended up even more exhausted! The staff didn't arrange things properly in a timely manner. When we asked why the air conditioning in every room was so ineffective, the staff replied, "I'm new here and I don't know either!" Is this the kind of service or equipment that a four-star hotel should have?
