Premist Hotels Taksim Special Class

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and transport links. The price was reasonable for the quality offered. However, room service was slow and inconsistent—this area needs improvement. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was tasty. Staff were polite and helpful. Despite minor flaws, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms are dirty, carpets have stains, breakfast is mediocre, very limited options and it will run out of stuff super fast. Cars can’t access this hotel because of it’s location. You need to walk A LOT with your suitcases because taxis drop you off a few streets over. It is very noisy since you’re next to night clubs. You won’t be able to sleep till 5am during weekends. Many of their staff members that sit at the front desk are rude. They won’t even say hi back to you. They can’t help with anything either, unless the manager is available. In the shower, there is one single bottle that says: shampoo and bodywash at the same time:|. You will end up purchasing your own toiletries. Go to a different hotel!
