Premium 3BR Superb Location

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights, and it was unforgettable. From the moment you arrive, the floral aroma and warm welcome set the tone. This former bank, complete with its original safe door, blends history with luxurious, modern style. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and stocked with high-end toiletries that smelled amazing. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace with its stunning Alhambra views, bar, and light bites. Breakfast in the gorgeous skylight dining room was another highlight - the best food we had in Granada. The complimentary spa, with its hammam, steam sauna, and relaxation lounge, was the perfect way to unwind. The location is ideal, right in the center and close to shops and sights. Truly the best hotel experience we’ve ever had!

Absolutely lovely hotel with an even more lovely staff! Everyone we met was warm and hospitable!! Alex, Carla and Alex made us feel so welcome when we arrived and were so gracious with their hospitality and Catarina, who hosted us both mornings at the breakfast buffet, was absolutely amazing- so warm and thoughtful, always with a smile. And Vanessa at the beautiful rooftop bar was lovely, as well. It was an absolute pleasure to be there. Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant 3-night stay at Palacio Gran Via. Our upgraded room had a great cathedral view. We loved the sunset and Alhambra views from the private rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The location is excellent with many nearby dining options. Minor critiques from our experience… the WiFi and air conditioning were inconsistent. Laundry is unreasonably expensive at almost ten times the cost of a nearby service and the €12 room service fee is excessive. Overall though a good stay and would recommend.
