Premium apartment in Porta Batumi Tower

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, everything is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the marketing manager, Megi, who was very kind and helpful from the very first day. Her professionalism and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The room service was highly unprofessional. We discovered bread left in the fridge, and there was only one robe provided despite the room being booked for two people. Even after calling them twice, no one responded. The closet light wouldn’t turn off, the safety box was not functioning, and there were no tissues in the room. At night, the atmosphere felt more like being in a club than a hotel. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. While the location is decent, it is far from ideal.

I try to comment fairly about this hotel. We stayed 3 nights. The good: Rooms are big with good view to the town and to the sea. staff are welcoming. when we asked for something, they sent it soon. no noise from adjasent rooms. beds comfortable. good shower. The bad: Breakfast is really disappointing. few delicious item is found with low varirty. No matter what temprerure you want, the room air conditiın is preset to 22 by hotel and sometimes we shivered from cold air in the room. the lobby was cold too. the cleaning staff wouldn’t clean the bath floor .the rooms were delivered at 3:40 instead of 2
