Premium Porto Downtown

Loved this hotel and its amazing staff who could not have been more helpful. They advised us on good places to eat locally, what to do and even went the extra mile to find my skirt which accidentally got scooped into the laundry! The rooftop bar has amazing views and breakfast had an excellent choice of breakfast delights including baby Natas. Thank you

I am impressed with the staff and the location. As a Thai person who flew over 17 hours to reach Porto, I felt warmly welcomed upon my arrival. The staff worked hard to prepare my room as quickly as possible. I stayed on the second floor, and initially, I was concerned that it might be noisy since it faced the roadside, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it completely quiet throughout the night. The breakfast was delightful, and I enjoyed the lovely view from the 8th floor—I absolutely loved it. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near most of the city's tourist attractions and is close to the hop-on hop-off bus stop.

I would give it 0 stars if I could, such a horrible service that I would never stay here again or ever recommend. I booked a 3 night stay but due to unforeseen circumstances, my entire trip to Portugal has to be canceled. I thought, luckily, since it had been less than two weeks after the initial reservation, and that the trip was not for another 10 months that I would be able to receive my deposit back. They have refused to refund me and at this point, we'll have to dispute with my bank. I guess business is bad enough that they don't believe they could fill the room within the next 10 months.
