housekeeping staff very helpfull and room clean and clear all the items they provide me. shary and amanda give best service they cleaned my room nicely thank you so much.

I stayed here as a stop over as the flight was delayed. Location is excellent. Taxi took 20 dirham very cheap in my eyes. Room was double and was slightly cramp with furniture but was fine overall. Had all the amenities. Bathroom seat had yellowish discolouration but that was due to ageing plastic and was clean. Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Only thing that I missed was English newspaper and some extra seats in the lobby. Good choice at the price.

1.We booked this hotel for July 9th to 13th and paid the full amount in advance, but when we arrived to check in on July 10th, the room was still not available. 2. We requested towels from reception at around 3 PM, but no one showed up. We called again three times, and only at 6 PM did housekeeping come just to tell us there were no towels available. How is it possible for a hotel to run out of basic necessities like towels? 3. Our flight was at 10:40 PM on July 13th, so we informed reception on Friday night (July 12th) that we would check out late. They told us we had to pay the full amount for the extra time, which we agreed to without any issue. We even asked if we needed to pay immediately, but they said it was fine to pay when we checked out. 4. Then, on July 13th at 1 PM, room service knocked on our door while we were sleeping to ask about our check-out, even though we had already informed reception. Shortly after, reception called us again asking the same thing. 5. This is completely unacceptable and shows that the staff do not communicate with each other at all. This kind of poor coordination makes the stay stressful and inconvenient for guests. For the money we paid, we expected better organization, proper service, and basic respect. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel.
